ince May 2000, a new congress center has been opened to welcome you. Located in the center of France, 2 hours and a half south from Paris, Saint-Amand-Montrond is the third production center in France for gold. Since 1888 the tranquility of this town of 12.000 inhabitants has attracted manufacturers searching for a true know-how. In order to enhance the value of this craft tradition the town council has launched a plan of local economic development: La Cité de l’Or.
